Terms and Conditions for Luck Beauty Massage

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the https://luckbeautymassage.co.uk website and making a booking through the WP Amelia system, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use our booking services.
2. Booking and Service Agreement
2.1 Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information (name, phone number, email) when making a booking. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
2.2 Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed once you receive an official confirmation email or message from Luck Beauty Massage detailing the service, date, and time.
2.3 Service Provision: We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual, at our discretion, without liability.
3. Payment Policy
3.1 No Online Payment: Luck Beauty Massage does not accept any payments through this website. You are booking an appointment only, and no financial transaction is completed online.
3.2 Payment Due: The full cost of the service is due and payable in person at the premises upon the completion of your service, using the payment methods accepted at the location.
3.3 Pricing: All prices are as listed on the website at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price confirmed at the time of your booking will be honored.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We require advance notice for any changes to your appointment to manage our schedule effectively.
4.1 Client Cancellation/Rescheduling:
- More than 24 hours notice: You may cancel or reschedule your booking without penalty.
- Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may be charged for future bookings, or you may be required to pay the full cost of the service on your next visit.
4.2 No-Shows:
- Failure to attend your appointment without any prior notice (a “No-Show”) will result in a fee of 100% of the service cost which must be paid before any future bookings can be made.
4.3 Company Cancellation:
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment time.
5. Website Use and Intellectual Property
This website and its content (text, graphics, logos) are the property of Luck Beauty Massage. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or copy any material from the website without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Luck Beauty Massage will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of this website or the booking system. We do not guarantee that the booking system will be free from errors or interruptions, but we will always aim to notify clients of any technical issues affecting their bookings.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that area.
